Select a Lab Test under “Lab Results” on the left, then click a Date Tab or enter a Date Range (then Refresh) to view your lab results for labs ordered by our office.
Here you can find your social and medical histories. You can also update this information by clicking “Report Change”.
Your Clinical Summary Document includes a summary of all clinical, demographic and administrative data.
